金花茶总黄酮体外抗肿瘤活性的实验研究

In vitro antitumor effects of total flavonoids from Camellia Chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama

摘要: 目的 观察金花茶总黄酮对4种肿瘤细胞株体外增殖的作用。方法 采用噻唑蓝染色法(MTT法)检测金花茶总黄酮在体外对人肝癌细胞株(SMMC-7721)、人高分化鼻咽癌细胞株(CNE-1)、人胃腺癌细胞株(SGC-7901)、人大细胞肺癌细胞株(H460)的增殖抑制率,并计算相应的半数生长抑制浓度(IC50)。结果 金花茶总黄酮对SMMC-7721、CNE-1、SGC-7901、H460 均有抑制作用(P<0.05),且呈一定的浓度依赖性,IC50分别为242.44μg/ml、313.79μg/ml、259.87μg/ml、385.87μg/ml。结论 体外实验显示金花茶总黄酮有抗肿瘤活性。

Abstract: Objective To observe the inhibitory effects of total flavonoids from Camellia Chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama on four malignant tumor cell lines in vitro. Methods Malignant tumor cell lines SMMC-7721,CNE-1,SGC-7901 and H460 were treated with total flavonoids, and inhibition of cell proliferation was measured using the MTT assay. Results Total flavonoids from Camellia Chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama were found to exert antiproliferative activity on all four tumor cell lines in a dose-dependent manner.IC50 values(μg/ml) were 242.44 for SMMC-7721 cells,313.79 for CNE-1,259.87 for SGC-7901 and 385.87 for H460. Conclusion Total flavonoids from Camellia Chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama can inhibit cell proliferation of SMMC-7721,CNE-1,SGC-7901 and H460 in vitro.
